What is link building? And why link building is required?
Link building is the technique to get more back links for your website. If your website having more back links from authority sites or from relevant content pages than your search ranking will boost. Link building is the main portion of search engine optimization. SEO expert will always search for good and authority back links from targeted keyword as anchor text. You have to build more back links if your niche keyword is more competitive. I always go for quality links which help more to boost rankings. Here are some basic criteria of quality back links
- Links from higher PR page
- Link from relevant content
- Link from the page having less outgoing links
- One way links
- Link from authority sites
- Link with do follow attribute etc…

i am totally agree with you, one way link will help more to boost your search engine ranking. i always prefer article and press release submission to get more one way links.

it is not necessary that links from commentluv will be count as a back links, It will be depends upon link attribute..if it is nofollow than you will not get any benefits of it.
