Bluetooth technology introduction
Blue tooth technology is being used in various devices like Bluetooth headsets, adapter, and headphones. You can also find Blue tooth keyboard, mouse, and many devises which
can be operated by Blue tooth technology. Here is some basic understanding of Bluetooth technology.
Bluetooth technology was developed to allow medium or low bandwidth of wireless connection. Bluetooth version 1.1 having main characteristics are low power consumption and short range wireless networking technology that uses radio waves signal to send data from one medium to another at the rates up to 720 kilobits per second. This Bluetooth specification is best suitable for various classes of devices like radio, cell phones, data card etc which allow transmission in the range of 100 meters. Main advantage of Bluetooth technology is, it is not limited to line of sight transmission since it uses directional waves which are capable of transmitting through obstacles.
Bluetooth is a standard for communication of wireless industries that means it enables the communication of other devices as well. Bluetooth technology used for communication between cell phones, computers, digital cameras, and various electronics devices. The specification of Bluetooth defines a radio system and a “stack” of protocol layers. The highest protocol layer is the application layer, while the lowest layer is the radio. Bluetooth technologies have revolutionized personal connectivity and communication market by providing freedom from inconvenient fixed base lines.
Bluetooth devise is a very small in size, as a result it can be built into one or two very small size of microchip which can be integrate in to electronics devices where wireless operations would be operated. Blue tooth also boasts for power optimization, as it functions at radio frequency which is power friendly and the software is also configurable, which limit the power consumption of the device.
